How we work

A survey process.

Every job follows the same disciplined sequence,
whether it’s a quarter-acre plot or a 200 hectare estate.

1. DOCUMENT REVIEW

Examine title and existing survey records

2. SITE SURVEY

Verify boundaries, beacons and ground conditions.

3. PLANNING

Prepare the subdivision scheme and obtain necessary approvals.

4. FIELD VISIT

You receive plans and coordinates, with lodging at the Survey of Kenya where required.

5. MUTATION & REGISTRATION

Prepare and process mutation documents and update the cadastral records.

6. DOCUMENTS PROCESSING

Process the resultant parcels through Lands/Ardhisasa and facilitate issuance of the individual titles.

This applies whether the client is based in Kenya or abroad. Where a client appoints a representative, lawyer or law firm to assist with a matter, the representative may also be required to provide their identification documents alongside the relevant client and property documentation. These procedures help GeoEdge maintain accurate records, safeguard both the client and the organisation, and verify the parties involved. The documentation required may vary depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the assignment.
